We recently had the incredible opportunity to visit DBSI's renowned Ideation Center in Chandler, Arizona to experience the newest addition to the space: VeroTerra Mirror. 


Last year, DBSI and VeroTerra officially announced a groundbreaking strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing customer experience measurement in the financial sector. This collaboration addresses a critical gap in customer feedback collection by enabling financial institutions to capture real-time Net Promoter Score (NPS) data within their branches.


During the visit, VeroTerra Mirror was seamlessly integrated into the customer journey flow, showcasing how effortlessly customers can communicate their sentiment.
